Halloween Adventure!

years past! The lovely laser stenciled haunted haus from a local artist waiting be be on a spooky garland. The MARTHA Stewart's mini pumpkin chandelier from ages ago.
One of those hollowed out white pumpkins with spookiness inside.
Not too scary I like the whimsy side more especially with my little ones. who wants to be creeped out. Definitely by your parents! I can't even take them into MICHEAL'S craft store now! Well I'll say I stopped last month due to the gruesome animated creatures. NOT one of my children likes it. I have to go in and avoid 1/2 the store or just go with out them(very very rare). Oh I digress on to the what I have haunting me creatively!

Well I've been off blogging for a while with summer in full swing 4 little ones and now school just beging to start I'm in denial I want summer to last a bit more 2 weeks please. I must say I am looking forward to how fun this will be. We've had little highlights on our staycation. This is sure to be one of them. The *little* biggies will get a special Shark tour.

This is like the old summers of long ago used to be. Not so Daycamped,Bahama,Rving for the whole summer. Nice easy stretches of sprinklers, Beaching (10 min trip), Library, with art programs/engineering programs sprinkled in.

I'll be back with a review of summer and a sweet jewlery box I made for my big girl.

Oh Here's the Tea~ Yes Blueberry Scones,Jam of course (beware of the mouse). Some Fresh Devonshire Cream? Oh I am trying out this receipe of Lavender bread I have inside Creme Fresh and Lemon Curd. The heart shaped cinnamon bread are marscapone and strawberries.

Fresh Eggs and a Fresh Day

I have been remiss in posting to my new blog. I am a Somewhat Perfectionist...meaning only certain things have be perfect and I can bend with the breeze for other things. My example you ask? The last blog post is sitting here so lonely due to the fact that the Perfectionist in me wants the Consecutive progression of here is the before itty bitty and here is the after. Well this has back logged all of the wonderful things I want to share with you. All of these othere talented wonderful giving artists that have to do with Valentines day! YIKES!!! The Perfectionist is still ruling the roost for a little bit but I get to squeeze this in...



So for now until I get the right photo it is Fresh Eggs and a Fresh Day. I am so greatful for a Fresh Day. It can start anytime of the day. The decision to Start Fresh, have a mulligan(golf term),Renew your spirit it happens in an instant. I am finding more and more it's my ablity to focus on my outcome and work through the veil I am under to find what I AM GRATEFUL FOR. I LOVE MY LIFE AND LIFE LOVES ME. Listing what I am grateful for always helps me turn things around. I am trying to teach that to my children. It will be a long journey and one I will relish and delight in. Have a Fresh egg along with your renewed FreshDay...sending you love my friends...

I have used a valentines I made last year as the base the newly wedded couple with lace and love around them. I then added a photo of a rose in my garden...4th of July to the right hand corner, with sweet photocopied ephemera from my collection roses and the little children. the words"will you be my queen of Hearts?" are from a newly found vintage valentines from the 1930's. I was so excited to find this stash. I thought I only had postcards and hadn't realized there were many valentines in this little cigar box!
